We see individuals and couples from teenagers through to older adults.
We take referrals from GP's, Self Referral, WorkSafe Tasmania, and NDIS clients.
Tackling mental health can feel like an uphill battle and often feels like no matter how hard we push, we get nowhere. At Find Sanctuary, we take a trauma informed, holistic approach to therapy, taking into consideration the unique physical, emotional, and social factors that can negatively impact mental health. At Find Sanctuary, we believe that our clients are the experts on their lives and that they have the power to enact positive change and we strive to help them develop the skills they need to improve their quality of life.
We offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of our clients, including individual and couples therapy.
At Find Sanctuary, we welcome people from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, religion, sexual identity or those living with disabilities. Find Sanctuary is also proud to be a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiverse individuals including ADHD, ASD and BPD.
