Aleayah is a compassionate and thoughtful therapist who works with teenagers and adults navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, and life transitions.

Aleayah holds a Masters in Social Work and is passionate about supporting people to better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and build lives that feel more stable and meaningful. She is particularly interested in supporting people who have experienced trauma, feel overwhelmed by their emotions, or struggle with anxiety, identity, or self-worth.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Aleayah works at a pace that feels safe for each client, helping people explore their experiences while building the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

Aleayah has a strong interest in working with ADHD and neurodivergent clients, using a neuro-affirming approach that recognises and supports different ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world. She helps clients better understand how their brain works and develop strategies that make everyday life more manageable.

Aleayah also works with NDIS participants, supporting individuals to build emotional regulation, independence, and confidence while navigating the challenges of mental health, trauma, and neurodivergence.
