Using NDIS funding can be confusing, especially when you’re already feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure what kind of support will actually help.
At Find Sanctuary, we provide NDIS support that focuses on building skills, confidence, and day-to-day capacity in a way that feels respectful, collaborative, and manageable - not rushed or overwhelming.
Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care and shaped around your goals, your pace, and what matters most in your everyday life.
NDIS support at Find Sanctuary is for people who want help with the emotional, social, or practical challenges of everyday life, rather than intensive clinical treatment.
Many of the participants we support are capable, insightful, and trying their best - but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by daily demands.
You might find this support helpful if you:

Referrals are welcome from participants themselves, families, Support Coordinators, and other allied health professionals. Support can be aligned with existing NDIS goals, or used to help clarify and build towards future goals.

NDIS support at Find Sanctuary is provided by Aleayah Chiffey, a qualified Social Worker who offers trauma-informed, neuro-affirming capacity-building and psychosocial support.
Aleayah works with teens (16+) and adults, and supports many participants who are neurodivergent, living with psychosocial disability, or who find traditional therapy difficult or overwhelming.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Sessions focus on building emotional regulation, practical skills, and confidence over time, while respecting each participant’s pace, capacity, and goals.
Aleayah works alongside participants, families, and support teams where helpful, to ensure support is aligned and meaningful.
